We developed Maiwipes after the birth of our  grandson. We noted the growing popularity of water-based wipes, which we found concerning. We knew that any products that contain water should have a broad-spectrum preservative  system to prevent the growth of mould and bacteria in order to keep babies safe from infection.

We  were not confident  that the sterility remained when existing products were being used.

 

We  also observed a lot of parents complaining about nappy rash, despite using water based wipes. In fact, it appeared that their babies developed the rash because of these wipes.

 

Picture yourself handling your baby's soiled diaper, Can you be 100% sure that none of the waste gets on your hands, and they remain sterile?

Then, when you touch the top wipe with your hands, the dangerous bacteria such as E.Coli, may transfer and potentially transfer to your baby.

 

After an extensive search we couldn't find baby wipes that didn't contain either harsh chemicals , or not enough preservative to prevent mould .

So we decided  to make our own - given our 30 years+ experience in the wet wipes industry.

Maiwipes soft, thick wipes are formulated with 99.9% water and each wipe is adequately moistened to allow you to thoroughly, but delicately clean your baby's body.

​

The Aloe Vera solution together with special blend of seven herbal extracts moisturises and protects the skin with an anti-irritation complex.

​

A small drop of an anti-bacterial formula is added to ensure each wipes is kept free of nasty bacteria as it is extracted rom the pack.
